• Please Cancel any appointment you can not attend at least 48 Hrs before appointment day & time. Failure to do so will prevent you from being able to schedule any appointments in the future. This will be highly enforced as it's an inconvenience for the hairstylist.

• There are no Grace Periods. Your appointment is scheduled accordingly and lateness creates confusion, delay, and waste of time. This will not be tolerated. Lateness can result in reschedule. 2 Late appointments will result in not being able to schedule any appointment in the future.

• No extra guest. Service are performed on a One on One Basis.

• Deposit must be paid for All services.

• Cash is the Only form of payment currently. As We continue to grow, we will start to accept every form of payment.
